In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the hidden benefits of the lymphatic system and how you can boost your immunity and reduce inflammation with simple, effective lymphatic self- massage techniques. You will walk away from this educational evening with an understanding of the anatomy and how enhancing lymphatic circulation can detoxify your body and produce radiant skin. You will leave this afternoon with a new self-care practice you can incorporate in your daily life.
